The Youth Leadership Development Foundation honored Eng. Yaslam Saeed Bablghoum, head of the General Authority for Fisheries in Hadramout, in recognition of his efforts to facilitate the implementation of the project to revive livelihoods and build the capacities of young fishermen, RELACC, in Hadramout and Aden governorates

He explained that the project supported many small fishermen and said that it is time to rely on ourselves and our youth, and called for investing in such programs because there is a great need for their existence

In conclusion, the engineer thanked the Young Leadership Development Corporation for adopting such a project and for supporting young fishermen and building their capacities
