The Youth Leadership Development Foundation (YLDF) successfully concluded a specialized Training of Trainers (TOT) program, targeting 25 faculty members and academics from Hadramout University. The intensive program spanned five consecutive days. The program aimed to qualify a select group of academic staff to transfer technical expertise and knowledge to 525 young women and girls participating in the project. These beneficiaries will later undergo training at the Girls' Technical Center across six specialized tracks designed to meet the demands of the digital labor market, based on comprehensive needs assessment studies. This activity is a strategic milestone within the "Empowering Yemeni Young Women and Adolescent Girls through Access to the Digital Economy" project, funded by the European Union in Yemen and implemented in partnership with the War Child Alliance. The project is executed by YLDF in cooperation with the Foresight Office for Consultancy and Development and in coordination with Hadramout University.
